The City of Miami Beach presents First Friday, a series of FREE concerts, this month featuring the Ashley Pezzotti Quintet. The show is August 3 from 7-10 PM at Normandy Fountain, Normandy Drive and Rue Vendôme.

Ashley Pezzotti is a seasoned jazz performer currently based in Miami, Florida. At the young age of 22, Ashley has already performed with many Grammy award winning artists including Keith Urban, Latin singer Juanes, Jon Secada, Chick Corea, Delfeayo Marsalis, Vampire Weekend, and Arturo Sandoval.

Capturing the heart of audiences with her extensive repertoire and roots in traditional jazz and bebop, Ashley creates an atmosphere of excitement that will transport you to another place and time. Her style is reminiscent of the great Anita O'Day and June Christy, and she performs with a level of maturity that is far beyond her years. ...
